Update Your Server Ability
We allow exhibition the ability to update the servers themselves using there unique site url:
"https://my.picnickdm.com/kdm.php?site_id=xxxxx&site_password=xxxxxxx"
Click on your unique url link thats included in your key email, then choose the "Your Cinema" link.

You will be shown all details held about your cinema including a list of all your screens with server details:

To change Screen 2 -
Just click on the "Manage Server" button and a new pop up window will appear:



Click the Delete Block Device/Server Button to remove the old server
Click the Add Media Block Device / Server Button to Add

Type in the details of your certificate in the certificate search field,
the drop down list will automatically filter...

Select the correct server number from the certificate drop down list
Then click on the Save Media Block button

The window will close and you will see confirmation that your server has been successfully changed, any valid existing keys will automatically be re-issued for the new device within a few minutes.
Finally click on the Close button to return to the main screen.
